Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific quantity of fasteners you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused metal roofing screws back into their original boxes and secure them within a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Hardware

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier; we recommend using a trackable service for high-volume orders.
